Over fire dage deltager skolen aktivt i festivalen, og det er en mulighed for at vise, at Greenland Business School ikke blot er en del af det akademiske milj\u00f8, men ogs\u00e5 en vigtig bidragyder til lokalsamfundet.<\/p><p>P\u00e5 Koloni-havnen formes en imponerende sneskulptur af en hval, der bliver et symbol p\u00e5 den s\u00e6rlige \u00e5nd, der pr\u00e6ger Greenland Business School. Skulpturen, der er tre og en halv meter h\u00f8j og n\u00e6sten lige s\u00e5 bred, bliver til i et samarbejde mellem skolens medarbejdere.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a515e65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a515e65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Et f\u00e6lles projekt<\/strong><\/p><p>Dagmar Egh\u00f8j, kvalitetsmedarbejder p\u00e5 skolen, beskriver oplevelsen som sjov og n\u00e6vner, at de er en gruppe p\u00e5 tolv personer, der arbejder sammen om at skabe hvalen ud fra en tegning.<\/p><p>Placeringen i konkurrencen er ikke det vigtigste for holdet. Det er gl\u00e6den ved at skabe sammen og styrke f\u00e6llesskabet, der virkelig t\u00e6ller. Deltagerne g\u00e5r ind i konkurrencen med \u00f8nsket om at skabe en oplevelse, som alle kan v\u00e6re stolte af, og det lykkes.<\/p><p>\u201dVi f\u00e5r sat vores samarbejdsevner i spil. Det er vigtigt, at vi hele tiden snakker sammen, s\u00e5 alle ved, hvad planen er, og alle kan bidrage med deres styrker. Jeg bliver p\u00e5 et tidspunkt kastet op p\u00e5 toppen af hvalen, og mine kolleger g\u00f8r mig tryg.
